Youth Development Weekend June 1-2 … Four spots left!

By William Campbell on May 2, 2019 | Uncategorized

The Shot Shell Sporting Clays Club is hosting the third annual Youth Development Clinic over the weekend of June 1/2. The clinic is focused on introducing younger prospective shooters to the game of sporting clays in a safe and enjoyable fashion. The clinic is conducted on a course set especially for new shooters, and each participant receives personalized instruction from certified sporting clays instructors, including an assessment and a final report on their progress. The program is supported by the Alberta Sporting Clays Association.

In addition to learning safe gun handling practices, all those participants 12 years of age and older who would like to obtain their firearms license have the option of registering in the Canadian Firearms Safety Course, which will be delivered in parallel with the clinic.

We are still looking to fill four spots for those interested. It is a first come first served scenario.
